29 CFR 1910.30(b)(3): The employer did not train each employee who used a rope descent system in proper rigging and use of the equipment in accordance with � 1910.27. Location 100 Summer Street, Boston, MA. 02108 On October 23, 2023,employees engaged in window cleaning and utilizing rope descent systems were not adequately trained how to inspect, install, and use the rope descent systems by the employer. The employer High Rise Inc. of which Sky Safety Inc. is a successor corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.27(b)(2)(iii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1382113, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-31-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108.
