29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. a) On or about October 29, 2024 - Kamesi Corporation - 111 E 100th St, Apt 2B, New York, NY 10029 The employer failed to report the death of an employee from a work-related incident within 8-hours. The employee had a work-related incident on 10/29/2024. OSHA became aware of the employees' death by the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner on 10/30/2024 at 4:21am. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND/OR DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19 FOR THIS VIOLATION.
