29 CFR 1910.25(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that vertical clearance above any stair tread to any overhead obstruction is at least 6 feet, 8 inches (203 cm), as measured from the leading edge of the tread: Plastic Department: On, or about, October 27, 2021, the fixed stairs leading up to the cafeteria were not provided with sufficient head room in that a horizontal beam/wall provided for the structure for the interior office was located less than six foot, eight inches above the stair risers.
