29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about 3/19/2021, the employer failed to ensure that the fire extinguishers including but not limited to the Ansul Sentry ABC and unknown make ABC, in the back building, were subject to an annual maintenance check. The previous annual maintenance check was completed in February 2020.
