29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about May 28, 2019 - Facility, employees were exposed to struck-by and electrical hazards when the machine specific lockout/tagout procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, the Pack Mack Bagger, Cutting Vat Dump, and the Bag Take Away Conveyor did not include specific instructions for shutting down and securing the equipment.
