29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 3/19/2021, the employer failed to ensure that the fire extinguishers were mounted and identified in the back building. The fire extinguisher in the front of the back building was resting on a shelf and was not identified, and the fire extinguisher in the rear of the back building was not identified.
