29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about June 11, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that the SDS for Carlisle TyrFil G FLUSH cleaning solution was readily available to employees onsite. The Bob Sumerel Tire Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1277909, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/6/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Leetsdale Industrial Drive, Leetsdale, PA 15056.
