29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not determine if the voluntary use of a respirator did not in itself create a hazard: a) On or about November 22, 2022, at 807 E. Hwy 108, Sulphur, LA 70665, employees who wore full face and half face respirators to wash chemicals such as Pyrolysis Gasoline (Pygas) (toxicant) from tank trucks were not provided with the information in Appendix D for voluntary respirator use.
