29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a. On June 9, 2022, and at times prior to, at the company's business site located at 10651 Jolea Ave. Bonita Springs, FL, the employer did not have the safety data sheet for the chemicals such as, diesel fuel, engine oil and refrigerant when employees were fueling up the diesel tanks and providing maintenance service on the earth moving equipment.
