29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): On or about January 22, 2021, employees engaged in maintenance/mechanical work and cutting equipment for scrap metal were exposed to known hazards of welding/torching. The employer did not ensure a hazard assessment was conducted by means of a written certification.
