29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: On or about October 29, 2020, Employees were exposed to injuries when performing maintenance and servicing on equipment, including but not limited to, the tap tone machine, and the employer did not certify periodic inspection had been performed. The certification shall include identification of the machine or equipment, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.
