29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee works on or near them, unless the employer can demonstrate that deenergizing introduces additional or increased hazards or is infeasible due to equipment design or operational limitations. This violation occurred on or about June 24, 2019, the transformer (S-7) was not deenergized prior to performing servicing on the MCC cabinet, exposing employees to the hazards of arc flash.
