29 CFR 1904.31(a): Recordable injuries and illnesses of all employees on your payroll, whether they are labor, executive, hourly, salary, part time, seasonal, migrant workers, and those employees who are not on your payroll, but supervised by you on a day-to-day basis were not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log. (a) FACILITY WIDE - The employer did not maintain OSHA 300 injury and illness logs, on or about December 15, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
