29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards. Employee exposure levels to carbon dioxide in the Offal Pack room had not been evaluated. Inspection direct read monitoring indicated levels of carbon dioxide ranging from 14,600 to 14,900 parts per million. Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc. was previously cited at its Lexington, NE facility for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314058975, citation number 1, item number 4, issued on April 11, 2011, and became a Final Order effective May 5, 2011.
