29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: On or about July 24, 2024, at a housing development near a pond, a zero-turn riding mower rolled onto the employee who operated the mower to cut grass. The employee was killed and the death was not reported to the local OSHA area office within the 8-hour reporting requirement.
