29 CFR 1910.145(f)(4)(iv): The signal word and the major message were not understandable to all employees who may be exposed to the identified hazard: a) Doren, Inc. dba Omni Precast., on or about October 27th, 2021 and times prior thereto: The employer failed to ensure that hazards created by the John Deere 260 skid steer loader (Product Identification Number KV0260B360330) were not identifiable through safety labels. Several safety labels attached to the John Deere 260 skid steer loader were not identifiable/legible due to wear and/or dirt/debris. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
