29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) At the Savannah 1 warehouse located at 202 International Trade Parkway, Savannah, GA: On or about July 1, 2021 and times prior thereto, a portable fire extinguisher situated on a wooden spool at the north backwall was not mounted, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
