29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) Warehouse: On or about 11/12/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that, monthly fire extinguisher inspections were not conducted to ensure all fire extinguishers were working properly throughout the facility.
