29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about September 30, 2020 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted where employees could have easy access exposing employees to smoke hazards.
