29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a)Kramp Enterprises, Inc. at 38989 147th Street in Warner, SD 57479: On or about and at times prior to February 20, 2020, the employer did not report an inpatient hospitalization as a result of an occupationally related incident that occurred on February 20, 2020 to OSHA within 24 hours. The inpatient hospitalization was reported to OSHA on March 2, 2020.
