29 CFR 1904.33(a): 29 CFR 1904.33(a): The employer did not maintain the OSHA 300 log, the privacy case list, the annual summary and the OSHA 301 Incident Report forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that those records covered. On or about March 26, 2019, the employer failed to maintain and update their OSHA 300 and 300A logs for the calendar years of 2014 through 2019. Missing were full 300 and 300A logs for calendar years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2019. The employer did take time to create a 300 A log for calendar years 2015-2018 during the course of the inspection.
