29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(1): The Employer failed to identify the work zone by either demarcating the boundaries or defining the work zone 360 degrees around the equipment: On or about September 4, 2018, on the west side of a worksite located at 1199 W. Lantana Road in Lake Worth, Florida, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards when performing concrete wall panel installation using a wheel mounted crane located within 7 feet or less of overhead power lines energized with 7,620 volts where the employer failed to identify the work zone to prevent contact with the power lines.
