29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related accident. a) Facility - Kumho Tire Georgia, Inc. reported the accident and hospitalization of a worker by e-mail on 02/08/18 at 6:40 PM. The accident and hospitalization occurred on 02/01/18 at 5:30 PM. No abatement is required for this citation.
