29 CFR 1904.32(a)(4): The employer did not post an OSHA 300A Form or equivalent by February 1 thru April 30. The employer does not ensure that the OSHA 300 A form or equivalent is posted by February 1, 2015 thru April 30, 2015. This violation was observed on or about April 28, 2015 at the establishment where the employer failed to post the annual summary of work-related injuries and illness for calendar year 2014. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the OSHA 300 A form for calendar year 2014 is posted at the establishment by February 1, 2015 thru April 30, 2015.
