29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: On or about July 8, 2024, at job site located at 9220 Old Santa Fe Road, in Kansas City, MO, the employer failed ensure employees were provided training sufficient to, including but not limited to provide them with knowledge of the dangers associated with exposure to hydrogen sulfide during entry into a permit space.
