29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(iii): All operator training and evaluation was not conducted by persons who had the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their performance: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to caught between and crushing hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees who were operating powered industrial trucks at the worksite was conducted by persons who had the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their performance.
