29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Worksite - On or about August 9, 2022 employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline and oil, and the employer did not have safety data sheets available in the workplace. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
