29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)will be met: On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior to, at 4256 E 10 Lane, Hialeah, FL 33013, employees were exposed to a chemical hazard while working with hazardous chemicals for which a safety data sheet was not available, such as, but was not limited to, compressed gases.
