29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(ii)(I): Cylinders were not kept far enough away from the actual welding or cutting operation so that sparks, hot slag, or flame would not reach them: On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior to, at 4256 E 10 Lane, Hialeah, FL 33013, an employee was exposed to a fire hazard due to an oxygen cylinder being improperly stored approximately 6 feet and 6 inches away from grinding operations.
