29 CFR 1928.57(c)(2)(i):The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets, and idlers were not guarded: Hillandale Farms doing business as Hillandale Farms Ohio, LLC located at 9715 Rosedale Road in Hicksville, Ohio 43526. On or about May 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure nip-points of belts and rollers were guarded. Employees were accessing cross and incline conveyors in the upper level of Manure Barn D to perform maintenance, make adjustments to the belt tracking and alignment, or to observe the running belts and rollers.
