29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: (a) Lafayette Leasing, LLC, 225 Waneka Parkway, Lafayette, CO 80026: On and preceding 02/04/2021 the employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. Employees used chemicals for housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance tasks. Chemicals in the workplace included, but were not limited, to the following: 1. Monogram - Bleach Disinfectant ; 2. Zep - Driveway and concrete cleaner; 3. Pro Con Emerald 3 - Cleaner, disinfectant, detergent; 4. EcoLab - Grease Trap Plus; 5. State - D'Stroy - Drain Cleaner 6. Liquid Odor Control - Multi purpose; 7. Comet Disinfecting - Cleaner with bleach; 8. Libman - Disinfecting cleaner; 9. EcoLab - Super Trump machine detergent; and 10. EcoLab - Liquid Assure.
