29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: Note: Appropriate protective clothing required for welding operation will vary with the size, nature and location of the work to be performed. On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior to, at 4256 E 10 Lane, Hialeah, FL 33013, an employee was exposed to arch flash and welding splatter when using a Lincoln Electric PRO MIG 180 without personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to gloves, long sleeves, long pants, and leather apron.
