29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4):The employer did not provide equipment for rescue operations, which was specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered: On or about July 27, 2021 at the jobsite located at 545 N. Bird Ave. BIRD CITY, KS 67731 in grain bin 7, Employees entered into a grain bin to vacuum out grain and were exposed to engulfment hazards. Rescue equipment was not available at the site and local fire departments were called to remove the employee from the engulfment.
