29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. (a) On or about November 21, 2025, at the jobsite, where an employee was lifting a wall panel from the second tier of a scaffold without training by a competent person to recognize hazards with the erection and operation of the scaffold.
