29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Bulk Plant at Highway 32 West - On June 10, 2013, were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 in that employees were not aware of the requirement to maintain a distance of at least 10 feet or more between the boom of a truck crane and an overhead power line carrying 120 volts to 240 volts of nominal voltage, exposing employees to electrical hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
