29 CFR 1910.266(d)(6)(ii): A distance greater than two tree lengths was not maintained between adjacent occupied work areas on any slope where rolling or sliding of trees or logs was reasonably foreseeable: (a) On or about 01/11/2023 and at times prior to - behind the church, employees performing logging operations and using chain saws to cut trees did not maintain a proper safe distance from the trees being cut down, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck by falling trees.
