29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Channing oil and gas waste treatment and disposal facility: On or about September 19,2022, the employer did not ensure employees were provided effective hazardous chemical training such as but not limited to: 1) Hydrogen Sulfide Training refer to WCA-H2S-01 2) Hazardous Communication Program Training refer to WCA-HCP-01 3) Hazardous chemical training in the language comprehensive to the employee.
