29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: The employer is failing to properly train employee(s) on the physical and health hazards, including the effects and symptoms of carbon monoxide. On or about May 26, 2021, at Stonecliff Estates at or near 5831 Enterprise Dr. - Lincoln, NE 68521 , an employee engaged in power washing concrete was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8 hour TWA of 106.4 ppm, approximately 2.13 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ppm. The exposed employees required hospital treatment for carbon monoxide exposure and facial injuries.
