29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: At the workplace located at 2925 Industrial Road, Junction City, Kansas, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while working from a mobile scaffold. An employee stepped onto the mid-rail of a JLG scissor lift to elevate his work level height. The employee's personal fall arrest harness was not anchored, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet - 9 inches.
