29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about July 6, 2023, the employer failed to maintain and provide access to the various Safety Data Sheets for employees who work with or near the various chemicals in the workplace. Employees were exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, hydraulic fluid, fuel, lubricants, concrete and cement powders, lawn fertilizer and treatments.
