29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i):Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a) Production Work Area, Heavy Press Work Area: On or about January 15, 2021, employees used a Minster Mechanical Press Machine which had an unguarded rotating horizontal belt located below the product conveyor. The horizontal belt is less than 7 feet from the floor.
