29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(g)(1) through (12): At 301 Telfair St. Dublin, GA 31021; On or about August 17, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that no safe operating procedure was established by the employer for servicing single piece rim wheels.
