29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Clean Harbors Treatment Building: On or about October 30, 2017, and at times prior, employees working in the treatment building were exposed to thermal injuries (such as hypothermia or exposure to cold at a level that would increase the severity of other injuries) due to lack of temperature control on the emergency decontamination water tank. Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
