29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) For the road construction site located at 9600/9654 SE CR 314, Ocala, FL, on or about June 7, 2024, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by hazards, in that, frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite and the site's asphalt compaction equipment operation were not being conducted.
