29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 114 S Industrial Blvd Enterprise, AL: On May 8, 2024 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection training exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the ground below.
