29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets. On or about November 24, 2023, an employee was installing sheetrock pieces above an employee who was not using head protection, exposing the employee below to the hazard of being struck-by falling materials and tools.
