29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: a) 4190 Jason Street, Denver Colorado, 80211: On and before June 23, 2023, and at times prior, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were provided with adequate training on erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold. Employees used the scaffold to install brick veneer siding and soffit backing on an eight-story multi-family apartment complex. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 80 feet.
