29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) On or about November 22, 2022, at 807 E. Hwy 108, Sulphur, LA 70665, employees wore full-face and half-face respirators to wash chemicals such as Pyrolysis Gasoline (Pygas), a toxicant, from the interior of tank trucks without first being fit-tested.
