Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available. a) On or about December 1, 2021, the employer did not ensure when an injury occurred at 9:15 pm that the employee received treatment for burns.
