29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). On or about 28 June, 2021, on the north area of the compound, employees utilize makeshift platforms (manbaskets) supported by a forklift that are not attached / secured to the forks in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v).
